Edumo ran three gas stations and a lubricant wholesaler with spreadsheets, informal channels and different systems for each brand. Cash registers, transfers, checks, expenses, advances and internal communications didn't share a common source of information. Management could reconstruct what had happened, but couldn't see the whole operation while it was happening.
Operational transformation · Edumo SRL
Four operations. A single treasury.
Three gas stations and a lubricant wholesaler connected to a platform that understands money, people and fuel.
Four business units, five years of history and the entire financial operation brought together in its own system.
01 · The starting point
Four businesses closed their books separately. Management pieced it together.
Each brand required different tools, and the financial operation was spread across spreadsheets, messages and processes that were hard to reconcile.
Cash registers, checks and expenses had no common source.
Operating instructions depended on informal channels.
Buying well meant cross-checking liquidity, tank levels and future demand.
02 · The system
An internal bank for the physical cash across the network.
The platform brings daily treasury together and uses five years of data to support decisions that used to depend on manual consolidation.

Plan fuel purchases
Liquidity, tank levels and five years of sales help decide when to buy.
We developed a central platform that works as the network's internal treasury. Each shift enters its cash count and records payments, checks and transfers between branches; employees receive notices through a formal channel. A second layer cross-checks fuel levels, liquidity, current sales and five years of history to support order planning. The direct connection to the stations' different ERPs is in the integration phase.
03 · The result
The network stopped adding up files and started sharing context.
Edumo runs four operations on a single base, with financial traceability, internal communications and a historical view of fuel.
Centralized operations
Of connected history
Minimum margin improvement
The four operations work from the same base, and management has traceability over cash, funds, expenses, employees and fuel without consolidating files by hand. The business has recorded an improvement of at least 15% in net margin during the digitized stage, without attributing the whole change to the software alone. The next integration with the ERPs will reduce data duplication even further.
“Centralizing was not about gathering screens: it was about making every transaction explain the next.”
