The directory had a basic Laravel website built to sell tickets for a single event. They needed to scale to multiple events, create a verified online directory of pharmaceutical companies and, above all, digitize their core business: creating valuable connections between laboratories, suppliers and companies in the sector — with an economic model that rewarded quality and penalized noise.
B2B platform · Pharmaceutical industry
Nine modules. A single market.
From a website for one event to a vertical platform where verified companies meet, negotiate and create opportunities.
A B2B platform with a verified directory, events, credits, teams and business opportunities across nine connected modules.
01 · The starting point
The real business had outgrown an events website.
The platform had to evolve from selling tickets to reflecting the whole relationship cycle between laboratories, suppliers and companies across the industry.
Each company needed a verified, editable profile.
Getting in touch had to carry value and be protected from noise.
Events, teams and opportunities needed to share data.
02 · The system
A modular architecture that works like a product.
Directory, credits, events, delegates and opportunities share a single company identity and a back office the team can manage.
- 01Verify
A reliable directory
Every new sign-up is approved before it joins the market.
- 02Connect
Credits per contact
Monetization rewards the value of each relationship, not the noise.
- 03Take part
Events and teams
Tickets, delegates and the intranet are coordinated per company.
- 04Grow
B2B opportunities
The marketplace extends the relationship beyond each event.
More than a year building a complete vertical platform on WordPress: 50+ front-end templates, 25+ admin screens and 50+ back-end classes. Nine interconnected modules — a verified public directory, sign-up with approval, a private dashboard for each company, a credit system via WooCommerce, B2B contacts with economic anti-spam, events with tiered tickets and a private intranet, multi-user teams and delegates, opportunities + an equipment marketplace, and a unified back office that can be edited without touching code.
03 · The result
An industry community turned into digital infrastructure.
More than 500 verified companies already operate on a platform the team itself can manage, without relying on developers for every change.

Connected modules
Of development
More than 500 verified companies on the platform, with a target of 1,000 by the end of the year. +300 companies from previous events already migrated. Its own monetization model, based on the real value of each connection rather than a flat subscription. The team can edit the platform without depending on the developer to maintain texts, categories, broadcasts or bulk imports.
“When modules share context, every new feature makes the earlier ones more valuable.”
